Where can I get a FREE credit report with out credit card required? Or, I can pay with paypal?

I want to get a detailed copy of my credit report. Also, one for my fiance as well. I DO NOT want to pay for a copy of this… what can I do? I can use funds in my paypal account… Does anyone know a REAL free credit report website that doesnt require your credit card?
