If We Were To File, How Soon Would You Be Able To Buy A Home?

My husband and I are taking part in Credit Solutions. We have finally figured after two years, they’re a load of crap. Everything they do, we could have done for free. We have paid these guys thousands of dollars and they don’t even return phone calls.

My wife and i just filed for bankruptcy Chapter7 we did it our safe no lawyers will receive discharge in about three months so by doing a chapter7 all debt is gone you will need to reaffirm things you want to keep like cars and your home if you already have one make sure after discharge you make all loan payment on time….we went threw the same thing ur going threw we found if u pay off the creditor it stay on your credit anyway you still would have bad credit but with a Chapter 7 u still have bad credit but no debt and maybe a better chance of getting a home loan.
